Mountain Pediatric Group will begin offering walk-in
pediatric COVID-19 vaccines on Thursdays and Fridays beginning August 18.
Vaccinations will be free to the public and for patients from 6 months – 12 years of age.

The following policies are to ensure effective and timely appointments:

Late / Missed Appointments: You may be asked to reschedule if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment
Refill Requests: Please allow 48 hours for prescription refill requests.
School/Sport/Camp/Daycare Forms: With an up to date well child check we will complete forms free of charge. Please fill out parent and medical history information prior to dropping off form. Allow 2 business days for completion.
Sick Visits: We make every effort to offer SAME DAY sick appointments. If you are scheduling siblings to please call the office.
Well Child Checks: Appointments are scheduled according to the guidelines of the American Academy of Pediatrics from newborn to age 18. If you are scheduling siblings to please call the office.
